About GridTrotter

What we do

GridTrotter is a trip-planning reference. Our guides answer the questions that decide a trip: where to stay, what to do, and how to get around.

We don't publish personal travel stories. Guides are built from published sources such as official sites, operators, and transit agencies, and they point you to the services to book.

Who edits GridTrotter

GridTrotter is edited by HNSNML, based in the Philippines. Every new guide is approved by the editor before it goes live. Guides published before this review began are being rewritten under the same rules.

How guides are made

How guides are researched, written, checked, and kept current is set out on How guides are made. How the site earns from affiliate links is on our Disclosure & Editorial Policy page.
